The concierge Allen was very very helpful and went out of his way to help me…even going so far as to personally walk me to the restaurants etc. This morning, another concierge staff member personal walled us outside and fetched a taxi for us! And, the server at your Iccy restaurant was equally friendly! This level of service alone makes me give a5 star rating! Well done all!!"
