No room available. Was advised could get a free upgrade if I joined the club. Upgrade was not an upgrade was the same standard (questionable) just with additional bedrooms. Horrendous noise and a fire exit to the roof. On complaining when back was advised no rooms available to change and sent someone ...

Staff were great, hotel a bit worn, room quiet. Parking can be a bit of a faff dependant on arrival time. New restaurant, functional but will not necessarily be a quiet experience - it will be solely down to how quiet the people are using the bar.
