"Very convenient for Hampton Court & Kingston shopping. Staff friendly, helpful & efficient. Food first class - both the generous & wide-ranging breakfast and dinner menus, they have a good chef! Room was comfortable - we liked the coffee machine - although the bathroom was a touch cramped and the shower door was slightly faulty. We are planning to go back...which is the best recommendation of all."

"We enjoyed a wonderful deluxe room with a faux fireplace for 1 night. It felt like we were away from London, and the setting was very comfortable. We enjoyed the cooked buffet breakfast, which accommodated the Gluten Free diet of my wife. Clientele is an older, quiet crowd. The concierge was helpful to help with a minicab. Due in part to the fuel shortage, it took about 50mins to arrive and cost £50 to Gatwick, which seemed a bit steep."

"The worst night stay ever. No one was at reception and I was stood there for a good 15mins, for someone to appear around the corner. For £78 at a travelodge the room felt dirty. One side of the room had no lightbulbs. You opened the curtains a lovely view of a brick wall. One curtain was shorter than the other and the bed and pillows was HARD it was a very uncomfortable stay. Also had to park 15mins away from the hotel. Never again will I stay here. "
