"I was really impressed with the quality of this hotel. Only thing missing is a communal tap to fill a water bottle. The member of staff I asked, said the bathroom tap was my only option.
Overall an excellent stay in a very convenient location. "
"The hotel is very clean, very close to tube station, staff are so nice, they offer free good breakfast.
One thing that was not good, they dont have fridges or safety lockers in the rooms, which i found so weird.
But very good hotel, ill rebook again"
"U feel well looked after and staff are quick and efficient
Rooms are neat and have been well cleaned
Corridors dont smell
Breakfast options are amazing"
"Had no light bulbs and no shower gel, made reception aware. Only offered us a late check out which we couldn’t use as we needed to leave before original check out time.
Didn’t really help or accommodate for the lack of lighting & soap.
I’d stay here again though. "
"Booked last minute. On arrival the staff were excellent, polite, very helpful, they stored our bags for us. Went into London, underground station just 5 minutes away direct line to central London, very convenient. Or an easy walk to Chelsea harbour pier and we got the Uber boat up to embankment. Room was clean, well stocked for an overnight stay, aircon was great. Breakfast was easy and plenty of choice. Would book this hotel again without question next time we are in London."
