"Staff were friendly and welcoming, I was upgraded for free, the room was clean, spacious, comfortable and on the quiet side of the hotel. Bed was comfy and ensuite was clean, spacious and had eco friendly toiletries. "

"Room was spot on, missing desk for working tho which is probably why the lobby was packed with people using laptops but everything else was perfect . Elaina on reception was very helpful and made a great first impression . Will be back . "

"I enjoyed my stay at the Brit Hotels Earls Court it was well located with close access to the Tube, shops/restaurants and the Design Museum. My room was clean and quiet."

"Room was clean though very small. Early check in was available and concierge to hold bags on check out. Breakfast was good, amenities including gym and pool were nice and clean. Only gripe - check in wanted photo ID and this was not mentioned in prior emails etc so I had none, but of a faff but worked around it in the end "
