Great facilities including drinks making facilities with fresh milk in the fridge, coffee bags and in-room iron & board a made this stay wonderful. Perfect for my trip to Hammersmith Apollo, the venue was a short tube ride away. Shops and restaurants galore are on the doorstep in Shepherd's Bush. Can't wait to stay again."

"I can't say enough good things about this property. The staff was so friendly and helpful. It was the perfect place to rest my head at the end of a crazy Women's Rugby World Cup. Walkable to Twickenham Stadium, safe, clean, great breakfast, amazing coffee. Amazing value. "

"It was great, but the toilet had some flushing issues in my room, and the bathtub would fill out with water having a hard time draining when showering. Since I was only staying for 1 night I didn’t say anything about it, cause I didn’t want to go through the trouble of losing time by changing room, but I feel that housekeeping should let know the front desk when there’s issues like that in a room so they don’t give it to guests until it’s repaired. The issues started as soon as I was in the room. Otherwise the hotel was nice."
