"Comfortable and had a bath:) good staff. One slight issue the room service menu is a little limited. There needs to be more classics like a burger or a pasta or risotto or even just a steak. The choices are all a bit either wheat based or with rich sauces like curries. "

"I am a property manager over seeing 40 high end holiday homes. I was very impressed with how clean, tidy and nicely presented the rooms, & hotel itself were. Lots of very thoughtful touches. The staff were all fantastic, smart, neat, very polite, knowledgeable, quick and attentive. We were very impressed. The food was also great! 10/10 for that Ginger Beef! We have never stayed at a Doubletree Hilton before. We were thinking it would be more Premier Inn - Travelodge, but it really was so much more. We plan to stay here more often on our trips to London. Plenty of secure car parking (£14.50 per day) - and an easy walk to Ealing Broadway to the tube and straight onto London. A great experience. "
