    "The room is just adequate for London standards. Very clean and well maintained property. Well priced for central London. It’s well connected with transit services a block away. We mostly got around walking everywhere. It’s definitely 15 to 20 mins of walking to the main areas of attractions and good restaurants. Breakfast was good with both hot and cold options. It was nice coming back to a clean room each day. Overall it was a good experience for our first trip to London."

    "Bad experience. Loads of hairs between the bedsheets. No concern or questions from staff when I asked for a clean sheet. When I was changing my sheet, uncovered even more hairs as well as what looked like about 5 bed bug casts. Similar in our second room. Both rooms also stank of aftershave and there was a suspiciously strong air conditioner in the hall. Checked out without sleeping there - staff offered another room but we wouldn't risk it since it did look like small bed bug casts. Staff said..."
