The hotel is close to Terminal 5 at Heathrow. The room was very quiet and had multiple USB ports for easy charging of devices. We were pleased to find bathrobes and lots of room to unpack. The bar and restaurant were convenient and a buffet breakfast was included in the room price. We took an Uber to our terminal (2) since there did not seem to be another way to getting there.

It was nice for the price, rooms are very small. We were under the reception area so could hear chairs moving most of night. Stuff was very friendly and helpful.
