"I usually really enjoy the Princess Victoria. This time there was a birthday dance party under my room on a Sunday night, music stopped at 10 but there was noise from people outside, some fireworks, and cleanup until about 11. After that it was peaceful and the rest of the stay was good."
"Very friendly staff, unfortunately the bar and restaurant weren’t open when we stayed but plenty of local options for food and drink, would stay there again "
"The room was very basis but perfect for an overnight stay. The pub below was beautiful and the staff incredibly friendly and happy to help out if necessary. Will definitely stay again when I'm in London."

"An hidden gem within the hustle and bustle of the city. A beautiful old building with a quiet and comfortable atmosphere inside. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will be back again. "
"Generous check out time of 12:00, there were car park facilities on site, the room was spacious, comfy bed, good shower, large desk, with lighting and plugs
Very friendly, helpful reception desk. "
"Lana and all the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable, we slept so well. Location is great with easy walking distance to Hammersmith station and a bit further in the other direction to Shepherds Bush station where there is also a nice Westfield shopping mall. It was so convenient to get into London city and enjoy our time. We had a great stay at Star Hotel! "
"Beautiful rooms, well located for Shepherd’s bush and Hammersmith Apollo. The only thing that bothered me was the two very flat pillows included on the bed. I got a sore neck trying to get a good night sleep on those, which was a shame as everything else particularly the bathroom was beautiful."
"Liked the location. My room was excellent. Good breakfast options: toast, croissant, etc. liked the elevator. We went on trains/Metro and buses with plenty of bus stops. My rating is 10/10."
"A very nice suite in London. We found the location slightly inconvenient. Very nice to have well equipped kitchen so breakfast. Our room even had a peloton bike! "
