The hotel and its staff should be shut-down as it does not meet the hygiene or even appropriate living standards. They mention parking as free but charge £10 when you get there. Awful experience.

Advertised as a b&b but no breakfast ,it was a bit grubby but bed was clean and bathroom was too ok for one nigjts stay ,if you want a breakfast we found a good place in the precinct

I don't normally leave bad reviews, but feel I have to. I've stayed in many hotels and this has been the worst. As I checked in, I was greeted by an old, poorly permanent resident? As his door was open, the smell of ammonia filled the hotel. Contrary to the advert, parking is not free and didn't dare to enquire about the breakfast. After returning home, it seems I have been bitten from head to toe, due to the uncleanliness. I couldn't wait to leave, after having 2 hours sleep, with the most uncomfortable pillows and bed. This and the smell also, stopped me from taking any pictures, due to gagging and feeling very ill.

The bed was the only saveing feature...but if you want a shower with decent water temperature and pressure this place is not for you. Not only were pictures very deceptive with how small the room actually was but there was literally a gash in the wall and wall paper ripped..this i can live with but what annoyed me the most was the shower was either scolding or cold freezing. Would never recommend. Also emailed them weeks prior as i had a question about luggage before check in time...before my holiday and had no response at all which turned out to be fine when we got there, but would of been nice to have someone reply. Ok its on the cheaper side but theres a certain standard when you class yourself as a hotel. Especially when its non refundable. Hate leaving reviews like this. But very disappointed.

Not sure if this is the fault of the hotel, or the booking site, but i paid for bed & breakfast, yet there was no sign of any catering whatsoever. The room was very basic, but clean and comfortable. I slept very well. The staff were friendly. At the price I paid, I'd have liked breakfast, but my two night stay was okay.

This is very basic, but was a bed for the night. Rooms are very unkept and could do with some updating. The pillows are like rocks. TV damaged (has lines down the screen) Very noisy location through the night We requested a lower floor room due to mobility issues, but our room was on the 3rd floor. Don't think I would stay there again.

£75 for a grotty room? wow

Definitely not worth the £75 they charged for the night. Grotty room, old furniture, dirty walls, useless blinds that do not block-off the light, the noisiest shower fan I have ever heard (the neighbours must have cursed me). the staff was nice and the area quiet, but sadly this is the only positive point. Feels more like a run down student dorm than a hotel. At £30 a night that would have got a better rating from me, but when I spend £75, I expect a minimum in terms of the room (and trust me I am not difficult).

Good location and that's all it has going for it

A good price and helpful staff were a good start but this was all I could say about this unloved "hotel". From ill fitting cheap carpets and lino throughout, old decrepit furniture, paper thin walls, mouldy shower and a bathroom that was too small to sit on the loo unless you sat sideways this was not a place I want to visit again. Daily servicing of the room did not happen although the place was clean to begin with. I spent 5 nights there and only had my room serviced once but they did not wash the coffee mug or change the loo roll or towel. Although my schedule did not allow me take breakfast, I did venture into the kitchen for tea bags as my room hadn't been serviced (again!) and I was glad I did not eat there...eek! The location is superb and the price was OK and it would suit people who are less fussy than me.

The worst place I've ever been to. Managed an hour in the room before handing the keys back and heading to another hotel. Room was filthy, even the cups were covered in dust, on a shelf that was hanging from the wall! Walls were covered in dirt and half the wallpaper was ripped. Bed was very basic with a rip in the sheets, the booking said king size bed but was a small double. The booking also states free parking but when we arrived we were told the free parking was for the people who lived there, the rest of the road being permit holder parking only. Member of staff we spoke to was very unhelpful, couldn't help us with where else to park or with any other questions asked. When I handed the key back, he was not even surprised and just said 'OK' as if it happens alot. Don't know how people have given this place a good review as it doesn't even deserve a 1 in my opinion, absolutely horrendous!

To be honest we were dreading staying here after reading the reviews but it was too late after we had booked and paid upfront...and budget and time didnt allow for anything else! And i have to be honest we were pleasantly surprised. I don't know if other people are expecting the Ritz on a backpackers budget...but there is nothing wrong with it. I have very high standards in my own home and i was more than happy to stay here for the night. The room was clean,the sheets were fresh and clean and the bed was comfortable (rock hard but i like that) The bathroom was clean and there was one hand towel and toilet roll. There were tea and coffee facilities but no cups...maybe this was an oversight but im sure we could have asked for some but we had flasks so didnt mind. There is a garden out the back which they are obviously trying to tidy up but its pleasant enough for a cigarette break if you need it and we saw squirrels running around which the kids loved. There are 2 friendly dogs at the property which was also a bonus for us. Its a 10 minute walk at most from Ealing Broadway just through the highstreet and in a lovely residential area. Its a 10 miwalk in the opposite direction then to Ealing common station so perfectly located for transport...we were going ro Wembley. We walked home at 2am with 2 young kids and felt perfectly safe...its a lovely area with beautiful houses and commons. So all in all i would give the place a thumbs up and definitely stay here again if needed.
