"Staff were super nice and the location was quiet and accessible by tube. The room I stayed in was clean, it had a sink in the room, lights and charging ports for each person, and lockers. Bathrooms were clean too. It’s a simple place so don’t expect anything extravagant. The pillows are slightly uncomfortable but if you need a clean and safe place to stay for a few nights this is perfect. "

"Great location, right off Kensington Gardens with Bus and Subway stations two blocks away. Also at walking distance to Paddington Station. Premises are clean, staff is helpful, breakfast is cheap and sufficient. "
