"I can’t complain because it was only £15 for the night with free shower access and a bed to stay in central London I just can’t give it five stars because I didn’t actually sleep properly due to the noise from the other people, a loud AC unit above me and the noise from the bar downstairs until 1AM. "Absolutely horrible. They claim minimalism in their style, it's more minimal in what we can do to support you as a patron. Asked for help with the check-in since self check-in couldn't locate our name. The gentleman on the floor basically kept dismissing us. After being awake 27 hours was frustrating The room has nothing .. no iron/ironing board, no closet, no where to store clothing. The bed area and bathroom was separated by a sliding glass door. So hearing and smelling your spouse off load the prior nights indian delicacy.. not fun No windows at all ... That was nuts We had to argue with the staff for additional towels and pillows. The pillows are thin and only 2 for 2 people was miserable with a mattress that had very little support They never cleaned the room Great location though! Never again"
