"Check in was easy , the room was clean and spacious . Bit disappoint there wasn’t any complimentary water especially as it was so hot outside. Air on was good and room was very quiet. The staff were very helpful . Really good for getting around - Bus stops outside and Tube 5 min walk "

"Clean and new, didn't seem to be a way to turn off the light/fan in the bathroom. Could definitely hear people being loud in the hallway, slamming doors. My AC was dripping all over the floor all night. Front desk attendant on my departure day was very helpful and friendly! Smooth out a few things and it would be more than excellent! "

"The property is a nice, smaller hotel in the heart of the Kensington Garden area with easy access to the Underground and many, many shops and restaurants."

"The staff are some of the nicest people! Every person from reception, to the folks working the breakfast room to the people cleaning our rooms everyone was so kind and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was the best; so comfortable! Our room faced the street but we never heard a thing from outside. The rooms are itty bitty tiny and we could only open one suitcase at a time on the floor. After getting what we needed from our suitcases we had to zip them up and stand them upright to have room to move about. We decided that the room was good for a few days but much longer could become frustrating. Earls Court connects to the Piccadilly and District lines and is a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. You can take the tube from Heathrow directly to Earls Court. Overall, we were happy with our stay!"
