"The room is neat with thoughtful furnishings. The staff is helpful and accommodating. The hotel is easily accessible by tube and the neighbourhood is pleasant and safe."
"We had a really lovely stay here for our wedding in London. The rooms were beautiful and clean and staff were friendly and helpful. My mother's room was closer to the rail tracks so hers was quite noisy at times but she used earplugs and was able to sleep. Rooms felt safe and bed was comfortable."
"I originally thought I had booked my room on this sight but when I got there they didn’t have my booking - totally my fault.
The lady at the front desk told me they did not have the room I was after, until I showed her that it showed available on this app. She then said she’d have to clean it. I found it odd that the front desk person had to clean the room but she did I guess. I could only assume that the sheets and bedding were changed and the surfaces were wiped. "Beautiful hotel. Luxury feel. Room was very spacious. Staff all excellent and very friendly.
Chef has to be recommended. Food was amazing as was the waiting staff.
Bit disappointed in the spa area as its seperate areas for women and men for steam and sauna room.
Also to note. Bar closes early. We managed to get refreshments and took them to our room. On check out - charged with tray service and room service for these drinks. (Took some explaining to get it removed) awaiting refund.
Overall... lovely stay.

"The room was lovely, the premises were clean and the option to opt out of room cleaning was great. It is walking distance to West Brompton station and Fullham shops."
"Steps away from the West Brompton tube station / District Line that easily takes us to the heart of London attractions. Excellent service, they stored our luggage for free before and after check-in. We learned from the staff we can pre-book early check-in for a fee, we will do that next time. Breakfast selection is great for the price. Enjoyed our stay. Will come back when we visit London next time. "
"Great area, and hôtel is reasonably priced. However some updating is needed and our bed was old and not particularly comfortable.
We would return though"
