"Love the vibe of this hotel. Staff, pub and club are trendy and fun. Comedy show was fun, but club was noisy on weekends until 2:00 am. Kind of a quirky place but like it overall. "
"Nice room and when I eventually got key code and into property it was lively. Close to Rail, underground and buses and plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby and within a stones throw of tooting common"
"Terrible experience. Would not return. They need to fix their key machine bad. Lots of people with issues accessing their rooms. Room was very blah. Nothing special. Pay more and stay somewhere else."
"The pictures of this property are very misleading. The check in process was not clear and there is no one on the property to answer questions and no contact info.
Our room had things left from other guests and trash left behind. There were no blinds on the windows, which made sleep nearly impossible. The "free breakfast" was stale cereal, or so I'm guessing because, again, literally no one to ask. "
"No one was available to let us in the room so we couldn’t stay there. No person answered the phone and there was no reception office. A very poor experience and we had to find alternative accommodation. "

10/10 Excellent
"It's been a quiet and nice stay and the hotel is very convenient for visiting sights or museums. The breakfast has a lot of varieties. Friendly staff."
"Unexpectedly upgraded to a suite, which was lovely. Stayed at Baileys multiple times over the past few years, a lovely, comfy, traditional London hotel with out the ostentatious bling. Friendly and helpful staff, stones throw from good transportation for London exploration. The only slight negative, no bedside clock, so had to check my phone or Ipad for time in the wee small hours."
"I had a lovely stay at this hotel. It is beautiful, clean, and you can walk to many tourist attractions from there. What I loved about it was the convenience to travel around London because there is an exit from the hotel directly into Victoria train station and the Underground. There are many food options in the area, and I felt safe in the area whether traveling by day or night. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to London. "
"Lovely hotel with comfortable rooms and excellent location to major London attractions. Very walkable to all you need. Plus major transportation, train, if you need to go to other areas of London. Airport is about 2 hours away by car."
"The hotel Riu Victoria is conveniently located within walking distance of all the coveted local attractions. Also, for those who wish to travel further a field the Victoria underground station is minutes away,
The staff at the hotel could not have been friendlier or more helpful. We were given travel advice, restaurant recommendations and tips for touring the city during our brief stay. I would highly suggest to check in to the hotel Riu Victoria you won’t regret it."
