"Hotel is very old and in need of renovation Air con did not work and we had to get someone out to manually adjust it. Tv did not work someone came to look at it but couldn't get it to work Location is good and water/snacks items available to buy in the lobby Brrakfast was ok"

"I have stayed previously and think its a lovely hotel. The whole team were great but special commendation to the lady who served evening dinner she was charming and helpful and also to Aseel on reception (who I think is still training although you wouldn't think so) who dealt with our queries and checkout with great efficiency and follow up - both a credit to your organisation"

"I was attending an event which finished late, and I didn't want to travel home alone. So I looked for somewhere close by to stay which didn't break the bank. The Strand Palace Hotel offers single-bed rooms that come with a luxury shower room stocked with Rituals products, large wardrobe, table & chair, a desk and huge TV. Plus free wifi, bottle of water and bar of chocolate... and all for £110. Everything was spotlessly clean. The hotel room was quiet & comfortable. The staff friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again. "

"Maybe we expected more for a big football club like Chelsea- disappointed. Carpet in the foyer is visibly disgusting and the reception (being renovated) needs a good upgrade- by the time we found the makeshift reception in the building across I was ready to leave before we checked in. Looks old and run down- staff were good once we found where they were. Breakfast was ok. "
