We asked for a nice view (we would have paid for it) cause it was our anniversary, but there was no acknowledgement of my request. They also had parking lot constructions and was quite noisy.

The location was great. Unfortunately, my partner didn't sleep well as he found the bedding irritated his skin...also the duvet wasnt sufficiently warm for the time of year and no other blankets or bedding was supplied. Because of this we decided to leave a day early. I telephoned the reception to inform them and was told that we would recieve a refund for 1 night..however as we'd booked through Expedia, and they pay commission, I would need to confirm with them so this could be claimed back proportionately by Novotel.. after online chats with expedia i was told to leave this with them. I have now recieved an email from Expedia stating that Novotel will not be refunding us for the night we didnt stay. Such a shame... this was a bad end to an otherwise enjoyable weekend.

Stayed for two nights in a family room. Good value for a pretty central location in London and easy to access from the tube station at Lambeth North. Staff were friendly, everything was clean and tidy and the breakfast was excellent. The only slight downside was buying dinner one night and it was about £30 more than expected. We made sure we found somewhere else the following night. I will say the food was good though so not all bad!

My stay here was ver underwhelming. I booked this hotel for the parking and was disappointed that it was full for both nights I stayed. I got to my room and there were a pair of dirty socks on the floor. The batteries in the remote didn’t work. The pillows were awful. Overall it was clean and an OK place for the price to get your head down while visiting London. I probably would stay here again.

It had everything and corber cafe around the corner fro. Hotel was amazing.
