"I loved the free coffee and water and the nice little cafe area. The room is small, but that's what I expected for the price and a single room. The a/c worked great and the bed was really comfortable. Easy walk to tube station and on a quiet street. "
"The architecture and setting of the hotel was lovely. Loved the history of the site regarding Churchill and WWII. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The bathroom was modern and large. We would definitely stay here again. "

I can not say enough good things about ALL the front desk staff. They treated me as though I were a friend or an elderly uncle, navigating me through the tube strike, to the point of taking me down the front steps of the hotel to point me in the right direction.
