"The accommodation was very homely, and having home cooked breakfast was a lovely touch. Walking distance from the local shops and train station made it very convenient to get around and get what i needed on a daily basis. Highly recommended and will visit again."

"This hotel exceeded our expectations but mostly due to the attentive and amazing staff. They were all so lovely and the restaurant staff catered to our needs to the fullest. The kids eat free options were great. The halal option on the afternoon tea was exceptional. We will definitely return again in future. My children enjoyed their stay immensely. Specifically Ishak at front desk, Barbara and Rishu in the Storyboard restaurant and chef Milton."
"I originally thought I had booked my room on this sight but when I got there they didn’t have my booking - totally my fault.
The lady at the front desk told me they did not have the room I was after, until I showed her that it showed available on this app. She then said she’d have to clean it. I found it odd that the front desk person had to clean the room but she did I guess. I could only assume that the sheets and bedding were changed and the surfaces were wiped. But the garbages had dirty diapers from the previous guests. I’m not sure if this is common practice in the UK but it made me very uneasy. "
