The Penthouse On The Rows is the ideal place to base yourself in Chester, in the very heart of the City.

Situated on the historic Rows, all city centre amenities are only a short walk away. You will have views of Godstall Lane and the City Cathedral from the large balcony for this apartment.

The property consists of a large open plan kitchen, dining area and living room, two bedrooms, a large balcony and bathroom with bath/shower.

One bedroom has a double bed and en-suite. One bedroom has a double bed and bunk bed.

The balcony has outdoor seating areas.

Once booked, a rental contract is sent for electronic signature. The property is free for self-check-in from 3pm with alternative check-in and check-out arrangements possible depending on availability.
