The staff were all amazing.Everyone we dealt with was friendly, smiley and helpful.Made us feel so welcome. Also the one evening meal and two breakfasts we had were excellent. Bathroom was clean and attractive.

This property is located near the Watford Junction train and bus station and is within walking distance of it. The hotel is modern and the room was nice. Staff were very friendly. This is a great hotel to stay at if you are visiting Harry Potter World as the shuttle bus to the studios is from the Bus stops near the train station which is quite close to the hotel . Despite the hotel being near to the train and bus station I did not hear any noise pollution at night . I would highly recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. 5*****

Not the relaxing time I expected. There was building work and on my second day, I had workmen at my window on the 1st floor and the banging went on for hours, not finishing till 7 pm. The accommodation was as expected.
