Easy check in, staff were terrific both at front desk and in the dining area. Great location, close to subway, walkable to Millennium Park/lakeshore/Navy Pier. Bed was fine. Everything clean. Gym was decently stocked with equipment.
There is a busy fire station directly across the street so it can get loud at times. Parking is insanely expensive (much cheaper to use a parking app and find reserved parking 1-2 blocks away). Breakfast had interesting rotating options but food wasn't very tasty. One of the two elevators was broken for entirety of stay, meaning VERY long waits.
