We reserved this hotel because it had a pool and a hot tub, but the hot tub was out of order for our duration. Disappointing, but things happen. The service was fantastic and the rooms were nice.
The facility and the staff were excellent except parking access we had to turn back to the office many times to get the card change since it not work all the time
That would be great if you in this hotel they have a laundry because when I fly back to Minneapolis I have to get in dirty clothes that would be nice to have a laundry in the hotel like other hotel they do always my stay there was nice thank you guys

Thank you for staying with us. We hope to exceed your expectations on your next stay, and appreciate your valuable feedback!
Considering we had our flight cancelled at 11pm and got stuck overnight, I was extremely exhausted traveling with my 2 young children I was extremely pleased to have found such a wonderful hotel last minute and with it being cold we did not have the proper attire to be out. It was especially wonderful to have the beautiful heated pool area! Buffet was really good with great service. Love the shuttle service option to the airport and the bed and room were extremely comfortable! Highly recommend!!!

We liked the hotel, however there was a problem with our room and we didn't realize it until it was too late. The pull out bed didn't work.
They offered to switch us but we checked in so late and it was super late when we went to bed and was getting up early to leave. The housekeeping staff came to try and they couldn't either. I was a little disappointed as we were planning on using that bed for my child.
I asked the hotel to respond and have not heard from them. I also didn't appreciate the additional 45 dollar parking fee. I thought that was a bummer. They didn't need to charge it.

A clean, nicely furnished, and well-managed hotel!
(Note: parking is $25/day and there is a $12/day WiFi charge — unless you're a Bonvoy member, then the WiFi is free).
Nice lodging for its proximity to the airport in-hotel shuttle to O’Hare. Good room and provided necessities, also enjoyed the convenience of The Market inside.
I have stayed at this hotel both times I have traveled to Chicago. The entire staff I have had interactions with have been gerat! Bonus that there is a Starbuck's in the lobby.
Tip - when we check in, the staff at the counter unloads a LOT of info about times, places, etc. Can that be on a card, or even text/emailed to us? It's a lot to consume right off the plane.
Also, room 327 had a rather obviously damaged TV stand that should be fixed (front trim). Makes room look cheap.
Otherwise, was really quite nice. Minor issues.

The property itself was fine, but if you are looking into staying in a suite and using the pull out bed...Don't. It was so very uncomfortable, no mattress padding, lumpy hard spots. Had to ask for bedding, should have asked for more to put under us.
Property charges $35 to park your car, and that's with you staying there. No coffee in the lobby available while you wait for your shuttle. and the restaurant doesn't open until 7 am. Too bad for early travelers.
But the front desk personel were nice, but morning person could care less that the pullout bed sucked.

Marriott has made this property truly a 4 star hotel. The front desk staff were wonderful, kind and helpful and the pool/hot tub are gorgeous. Asado had amazing food and the staff there was also so friendly and helpful! It's right off the expressway and shopping and dining in Rosemont would be a 5 min drive. My husband and I will be back that is for sure. Thanks Renaissance!!
Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Renovated rooms were good but small thing like door handles and curtains are not properly maintained.
One negative, I could hear the planes taking off during early morning hours and late evening hours. Noisy enough that it took longer for me to fall asleep. Once I was asleep, the noise did not wake me up.
