"Property clean and well presented with excellent communication with the host both before and during our stay. Tea, coffee and breakfast basics provided by the host. The Spotted Cow pub 5 mins away serves excellent food if you want to eat out.Accommodation is compact but more than adequate for a short stay.Well located for access to Chichester and the surrounding area."

"I recently spent an extended stay at the Nest which was very enjoyable and set in lovely grounds as part of the main house. Clare the owner was extremely helpful and around to help with any issues. The accommodation is modern with very good facilities including the added benefit of the use of the gardens. Highly recommend staying there."

"Lovely place, we stayed for 4 nights. Everything you could possibly imagine was in the Studio. Very comfortable bed as well. "

"Beautiful property. Perfect for our party of seven attending Goodwood Revival once more. There is nothing to object in general. A few details can be improved: Provide serving trays. Fix outdoor lights. Fix air conditioner. A better cleaning of spider webs inside and out. Second double bed was all broken and mattress would fall into its hole. Provide a Nespresso coffee machine with pods which can be obtained locally. We ran out of them and none in Chichester. No drinking water jugs. No firewood to light a fire inside. No coal for barbecue outside. No outdoor ashtrays. There is no wooden sign at the entrance to the driveway from the main road with the home's name. Friends got lost finding the location. Communication with anyone administering this property is not the best. It would be great to have all instructions in writing. Seniors like ourselves are not that savvy with apps and emails. However, these are details and we would rent again."
