★ GROUND FLOOR ★
On the ground floor, you'll find the snug with two sofa beds, perfect for siblings or teenagers keen for their own space. There is also a handy shower room and utility area. From this floor, access your private courtyard-style garden.
★ FIRST FLOOR ★
Head to the first floor to find the kitchen, open plan living room and dining area. Enjoy cooking and eating with the whole family while you gaze out to spectacular sea views. Rest and relax on the comfortable sofas, watch the widescreen TV or just admire that amazing view. Why not take a closer look and venture out onto the large balcony and breathe in the sea air?
Back inside, there’s a fully equipped kitchen, with Nespresso coffee machine, in which you can prepare brilliant breakfasts, brunches, lunches, dinners, suppers, snacks, whatever! That’s on those days you choose not to eat out or get a takeaway of course!
Heading up to the top floor and the three bedrooms. We’ll leave it to you to decide who sleeps where. Suffice to say that the king bedroom and single bedroom are the ones with the sea views. The third bedroom has twin beds which, like all the beds in the house, are beautifully presented. There’s also a family bathroom up here, which comes with toiletries that all guests are welcome to use.

We had a great stay in Selsey. The house was really nice and had great amenities, including a well equipped kitchen.
The only slight issue was that the additional sofa bed downstairs hadn't been made up for our arrival (there were 8 of us staying) but this was quickly resolved with the management company.
The property, although looking super in the pictures had mould in the bedroom, bathroom and lounge.
The kitchen was well equipped.
Although the duvet covers and pillow cases themselves were clean, the pillows and duvets had an unpleasant smell to them. Some of the bedlinen was stained.
