The hotel and staff were very friendly and clean. The best part was the location, just a short walk from Boston Common, the Freedom Trail, and more. The two restaurants at the hotel were very good. A breakfast place with amazing coffee and a Peruvian restaurant that was completely enjoyable!.
We have added the Godfrey to future visits to Boston.

"Our room was clean but very congested. Very small mini fridge and no microwave. No closet just a small bar to hang clothes on. Tub was extremely slippery. Beds were very comfortable. Typical breakfast fare nothing very appealing. Went somewhere else for breakfast. Charged us upfront for incidentals ..."

"The best thing about it was the air conditioning. The toilet seat was old and crusty, the bathroom was filthy, they would not clean the room at all while I was checked in and no clean towels. I would have rather paid more somewhere else"
