"From check-in to check-out, the customer service was exceptional. The room was impeccably clean, and the complimentary snacks and drinks available were a thoughtful touch for traveling back and forth to campus during graduation weekend. The staff did an outstanding job managing a completely sold-out graduation weekend while maintaining such a high level of hospitality."

"We arrived around 8:30 pm and there was nobody at the front desk. We rang the bell and called front desk only to hear it ring and ring. The lady finally came back about 15 minutes later. Not acceptable and very dissapointing"

"For the price it’s a good place to stay for up to a few nights if you’re just looking for a place to sleep. Our room was clean and recently renovated. The grounds were also clean but the driveway and parking lot need some work. The staff were very nice and helpful. The only downside was that the walls are somewhat thin because we could hear the TV playing in the adjacent room all night."
