"I made a horrible mistake and booked thr wrong dates because i had a hole in my macular and could not see well. After my surgery and recovery which was around 1 month I realized the horrible mistake. They refused to give credit and charged room fees as well as over $600 in taxes for a room that was not occupied by me."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The property was beautiful, along with its views of San Gimignano from our room and the Garden Patio.
