I’ve been travelling Italy alone and Francesca was extremely helpful giving me advice on where to visit and how to get there, where to eat and if I needed any tours booked. Very comfy cozy room. "This is a great hotel. Very modern and clean in a classy office building and good location near the historic district. The service was great and friendly by everyone. Special thanks to the concierge Marco for going above and beyond with suggestions on restaurants, tours and easiest directions to get to the things we wanted to do. All the restaurants he suggested were very good and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend and will stay there again. "
