"The staff and my room were very nice . I came home to recive a fine for £100 . For parking in the car park . I was parked for a total of 1hour and 20 minutes. I hadn’t realised it was a pay and park. I think the staff at check in could remind people of this. I’ve stayed in many hotels with free parking . "

"Booked as part of a longer trip. Situated on the high street, 10 mins from Glastonbury, 20 mins from Haynes Car museum. We only booked the one night, as this was the last leg of our trip, but would have gladly have stayed longer. Warm, friendly welcome. Twin room situated on the top floor. Beds were super comfy, great night sleep. We booked in for evening meal and breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The food was lovely. Really enjoyed our stay, definitely book here again. "

"Perfect for an early or late arriving flight, easy walk from the terminal, brilliant breakfast buffet and comfortable rooms. Book early as prices can be quite high. New carpark at Bristol makes it even easier now. "

"Overnight stay in Room 117, a bit of a maze to find and a lot of stairs, so if you have any disability, don’t pick that one. Room was clean, comfortable bed, good bathroom facility and quiet. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast and Evening meal had a good selection and was nicely cooked. Made use of the Indoor Pool, which was very clean and attractive, they use a booking system so it doesn’t get overcrowded."
