"Beautiful traditional hotel situated on the coast overlooking the Bristol Channel. The room was very nice. Clean and comfy. The building is a bit dated in some areas and the floors creak a bit, but it's still a lovely place. An on-site bar is open until 11pm and has beautiful views out of large windows also. The breakfast was excellent also. Lots of choice. Polite and attentive staff throughout also. Hotel is within easy walking distance of Clevedon's pier and town centre also. The hotel has a large car park which always has plenty of space too. Very happy with our stay."

"The staff and my room were very nice . I came home to recive a fine for £100 . For parking in the car park . I was parked for a total of 1hour and 20 minutes. I hadn’t realised it was a pay and park. I think the staff at check in could remind people of this. I’ve stayed in many hotels with free parking . "

"The receptionist who checked me in was lovely. I had forgotten to request a room with no stairs and she was very helpful. I wasn't in the hotel much as I was visiting friends, but my room was very nice and the bed was warm and comfy."
