"The hotel was in a convenient location, short walk to the pier and the surrounding streets were full of markets. I had to change rooms because the air conditioning was making so much noise it sounded like someone was slamming a door every 10 minutes, staff were very good and relocated me into another room straight away at 5 am in the morning. Having stayed in two different rooms I found that both showers were very old and needed updating, it would be nice if the hotel invested in some USB...

"The staff were brilliant, kind, polite and helpful. The beds were very hard and the bathrooms need upgrading as well as the air conditioning. We upgraded to a deluxe room and found it strange that the tv was in front of the beds and not in the seating area. There were not enough plug sockets either. They also need to stop the chinese visitors from smoking in their rooms as this came through our air conditioning unit which was annoying as we don't smoke and it is supposed to be a no smoking...
