We were welcomed by Noura who was very helpful and attentive. Everywhere is very clean and tidy. Great that they had a gym. Would highly recommend if you want a good nights sleep in Manchester 👍

Great location. The hotel has an original building with a newer tower attached. We stayed in the original “ City” part. The room was great. Large by European standards. The staff were always friendly.

Pros: Great view from bedroom window. Clean and comfortable. Cons: Breakfast service average - asked for a pot of coffee and swiftly forgotten about. Lift button faulty. Room missing bathing robes and tea/snack plate in wardrobe.

AC doesn't work during day hours and they know it, so you're basically in a temperature controlled environment kind of. (July temps around 92 F). Aside from that, right across from Victoria station, clean, modern, great bed and pillows, quiet, restaurant attached. Quick check in. No refrigerator. USB ports bedside. Safe deposit box present. Great shower.
