"Stayed one night. Were shown to our room and explained clearly how to access out of hours. Clean and functional room with all you need for one night. Very quiet overnight, just a bit of noise in the morning as the stall holders started setting up. Comfy bed, good shower. 2 minutes walk from the Thames clippers. Will happily stay again. "

"Would highly recommend this property. We were made to feel welcome. The breakfast option is definitely worth it. Hot and cold drink was included. The staff were all lovely, made to feel like a local. The bedrooms are lovely and a bonus waking up to a. I’ve view. Highly recommend, will definitely be back to stay. "

"Had a lovely stay - were only there for one night but could have easily stayed longer! Lovely room, breakfast options great and everything was clean. Only thing to consider might be location depending on what you’re after when staying in London but it was perfect for us!"

"I stayed here and all I can say is this: the room is comfortable, nothing spectacular. The worst thing is sharing the bathroom. In the mornings and evenings, I had to wait and watch for people coming out of the bathroom so I could do my business and shower. The good thing is that it's centrally located and has an excellent 24-hour bus and trains service."

"Some of the pillows and cushions had an overwhelming smell of greasy hair. Sadly, I didn't notice until I moved around in the night and woke up heaving. The fridge in the room sounded like it was taking off, too."

"The pool was lovely - we really enjoyed the atmosphere and ease of access. The hotel was really clean and the staff was wonderful. Everyone was very helpful and kind! We also loved how easily it was to get around, with the tube station right next door. The room itself was very clean and comfortable - overall we really like this hotel and would stay here again. "

"The room was exceptionally clean and meticulously designed down to the smallest detail. The place is fantastic, and the service was outstanding. The only minor downside is the lack of a small coffee machine in the room, though there’s a free coffee station on the second floor, which isn’t the most convenient but still perfectly acceptable. I would definitely return!"
