"Stayed here many times now and it never fails to impress me. We had a lovely room on the first floor with a Thames and Tower Bridge view. Breakfast was excellent as normal. First time we had used the self check in which is very efficient but I have to say I much prefer the interaction we always had previously with the check in staff. Happy guests and we will return x"

"Best value for a large chain in the Piccadilly area. Have stayed here multiple times and it’s solid. Rooms are on the smaller side but that is not unique to this property. The one thing that isn’t great is the communal iron vs having one in your room."
