"The room I stayed in was severely outdated and needed a deep clean. There were literal brown stains splashed up the curtains, walls and even the bed. The carpet was badly damaged and covered in stains. It felt absolutely disgusting. Some of the fittings in the bathroom were old, dirty and RUSTY. Needs urgent attention. "

From the moment I arrived, everything was handled with professionalism and care. ​Shoutout to Housekeeping: I stayed in Room 104, and I have to give a special mention to Amber. The clean room was absolutely pristine; her attention to detail was evident the moment I walked in. It’s rare to find such a high standard of cleanliness! ​Wonderful Staff: Beyond housekeeping, the entire staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay from start to finish. ​Comfort & Tech: The air conditioning worked perfectly—it was quiet and kept the room at a very comfortable temperature, which made for a great night's sleep. ​Prime Location: The location is incredibly convenient with several shops nearby. It was so easy to step out and grab anything I needed without having to trek across town. ​Bottom Line: Between the great service from people like Amber and the excellent facilities, I’d highly recommend The Aviator to anyone. I’ll definitely be returning!"

"I had a very disappointing experience booking through Hotels.com. I specifically booked a room with two double beds. However, when my friend and I arrived at the Ramada hotel, there was only one double bed in the room. We went to reception to resolve the issue, but were told that the hotel was fully booked and no alternative room was available. The receptionist explained that Hotels.com had not provided the correct booking information for a room with two double beds. Instead of fixing the issue, we were told to move to another nearby hotel. Unfortunately, the alternative hotel had a lower standard, smelled strongly of cigarettes, and was not what we had paid for or expected. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. I am extremely disappointed that Hotels.com failed to handle the booking correctly and did not ensure we received the room we paid for."

"We absolutely loved our stay here and honestly wished we had booked for longer. From the minute we arrived, we felt so well taken care of. Mel was fantastic and made such a strong impression with how warm, helpful, and attentive she was. We were travelling with our dog, and this place really goes above and beyond. The grounds were beautiful and perfect to enjoy with a pooch, and we were so impressed by the thoughtful touches like the dog menu, the welcome package for our dog, and a lovely treat waiting for us as well. We had accidentally booked a room that was not dog friendly, but the staff handled it so quickly and smoothly and made sure we were looked after. Nothing felt like too much trouble. Everything about the stay was fantastic. The room was stunning, the food and drinks were excellent, and the staff were exceptional across the board. It is one of those places that makes you want to come back before you have even left. Highly, highly recommend."
