Loved the house...plenty of space for 9 adults to enjoy.Sarah left lots of biscuits and sweets and supplied fresh milk and tea/coffee which were most welcome. Kitchen is well supplied. We just found the mattresses a little uncomfortable...but the only negative.

Good area has it's good and bad
Didn't see much of Chelmsford but looked clean
Great transport, shopping and variety of restaurants.
Just visiting family
I lived in Chelmsford for years and moved away 4 years ago in that time it has become overcrowded there is no infrastructure and the lovely town I knew has no personality
Stayed at this property to go to the Lets Rock Festival in Hylands Park. This meant a bus to city centre and another to Hylands Park.
