"2nd time staying - just as good. Staff are excellent, location is very convenient for underground and parking is fully secure. Room was clean, everything worked and breakfast great. "

"Had a wonderful and peaceful stay for my birthday - staff very kindly upgraded my room. I had the most relaxing facial at the spa which was worth every penny! I also really enjoyed the fish and chips from the restaurant. Cleanliness was overall good, but could've been improved when it came to stains on the sofa in the room, occasional hairs left on furniture and insects found in-between the window frames. I understand some of these can be difficult to remove, but that attention to detail would've have made the stay 10/10 for me. "
