This small Hotel was in a convenient location for me. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were large, bathroom included. Water hot, wifi strong. Very close to a large supermarket and ATM machines. Transport close by. Would certainly stay again.

Spacious and clean but hidden away
Lovely spacious room, clean hotel and friendly staff who were very helpful. However, hotel was difficult to find with map location hard to follow online. I arrived in the dark via the bus and struggled to locate the hotel which is not that well known. Once I did find it, I was happy with my stay

I like this place, really nice and helpful stuff, room was very spacious and bright and the location is very convenient. Nice restaurants mall and supermarket are just 3 minutes away!

Staff was superior
The rooms were big and very comfortable. The hotel was immaculate, but what really made my stay was the service. Since I was in Chisinau during the off season, I was the only guest in the hotel. The staff waited until I got in before they went to sleep. In addition, the made sure I knew where I was going with great directions and recommendations.

Not as good as it could be
This hotel has the potential to be a first class property. The rooms are large enough to be suites but are sparsely furnished and not well finished. I stayed twice. In the first room the TV didn't work in the second it did but of the 170+ channels available none were in English. There was no tea or coffee facilities but there was a huge fridge freezer. The staff were very helpful. It is located off the main street in not the best neighbourhood but is half way between the Railway Station and the Town centre and close to local shopping malls All in all it needs a bit of flair to reach its full potential Breakfast was included and was ok; just OK

Comfortable stay in Chisinau
This is a nice hotel with very friendly staff. Location is ok, however still quite a walk (30 mins) to the main places to visit in Chisinau. Rooms are big, however the furniture maybe not the most stylish one. Internet worked well and they even set up breakfast early one day to accommodate my early flight. Breakfast is quite basic and no real coffee, only instant one. Taxi from/to airport cost around 80-120 MDL, hotel helped me to get taxi when going back to the airport. There is plenty of supermarkets just around the hotel, so easy to get some snacks or drinks even late of the day, some closing only at 11 pm. While outside of the hotel finding someone speak English was a challenge, everyone at the hotel spoke English well and very super friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel and very good value. The staff are fantastic - they could not be more helpful. The building can be a bit difficult to find, but it is in a nice quiet area.

Very spacious rooms
We checked in Sat night, and hotel's restaurant had a loud party going on into wee hours of the morning. Other than that, everything was superb: room, breakfast, friendly service.

The best of this hotel are the Receptionist , they are very helpful , warm girls , extremely nice. The hotel if fine , a little distant from the main turistic sites. Room was very comfortable .

Excellent hotel with exceptional staff
The hotel is situated in a quiet spot, just a short taxi ride away from the city centre & about a 20 minute taxi journey from the airport. Within easy walking distance of the hotel are several good bars & restaurants, a shopping centre & at least 2 currency exchange outlets. The rooms are far larger than average and are both clean & comfortable. I did not make breakfast so I cannot comment on it's quality. What really sets this hotel apart from others are it's staff who are truly fantastic. Before my arrival Natalia went out of her way to help me to arrange a wine tour, provided good advice as to how to organise a taxi from the airport & helped me to arrange a late check in. Inna was excellent on arrival & Olga certainly carried on the good work. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Natalia, Inna & Olga & I was always greeted with a big smile, even when I returned to the hotel in the early hours of the morning after a night out. If you are looking for a very good quality hotel with exceptional staff & at a reasonable cost then look no further.

Superb service
The service here was superb. The weather turned bad, with a horrendous snow storm, but the hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure I got safely to the airport to catch my flight home. My room was warm and comfortable, and very close to shops and restaurants. Don't stay anywhere else in Chisinau!

非常に客室が広いのが特徴的です（ビジネスホテルの3部屋分ぐらいあります）。またティーセットと電子ポット、冷蔵庫があります。インターネットの通信も良好です。 そして何よりスタッフの方々が気さくでいろいろ相談にも乗ってくれます。モルドバへ行ったときは次も利用予定です！

가격대비 괜찮아요.
가격대비 나쁘지는 않았습니다. 아파트단지안에 있어서 택시기사도 모르는사람들이 꽤 있는것같았어요. 시티센터가 가깝고 조금만 걸어나가면 마트나 식당들 꽤 많습니다. 호텔안의 레스토랑이 운영되지않는것이 좀 아쉽습니다.

Bien, pero algo alejado del centro.
Las habitaciones son gigantescas. Realmente grandes. Tienen un frigorífico entero (no uno de estos "minibares". Está todo muy limpio. El baño era también muy grande, con ducha (no bañera). Todo muy nuevo. Hay pocas habitaciones y no se oye mucho a los vecinos. En la parte negativa habría que comentar que es algo complicado dar con el hotel (está entre unos bloques algo descuidados de la época socialista). Está algo alejado del centro de la ciudad, pero al lado hay un centro comercial y restaurantes, bares, karaokes (muy populares en esta zona). Para ir al centro se puede tomar cualquier trolebús (cuesta unos 10 céntimos de euro). En mi habitación había caja fuerte.

Joustava ja avulias henkilökunta
Kaikki meni tosi mukavasti ja henkilökunta oli erittäin avuliasta ja puhui hyvin englantia. Meille järjestettiin erikseen aamupala aikaisemmin, koska meillä oli aikainen lähtö kaupungista. Hotelli on melko pieni, huoneita on vain kourallinen. Hotelli on myös vähän piilossa, joten se voi olla opaskylteistä huolimatta hieman hankala löytää. Yleisesti minulla on vain hyvää sanottavaa tästä paikasta.
