I highly recommend the Pestana. The staff was so kind and the accommodations were fantastic. The staff was so kind to my parents and me - thank you! The room was so clean and quiet. Great location. Super friendly staff that was always there to greet us and help us with anything we needed. Rooms and the rest of the hotel were all very clean and well maintained. The rooms are small, but typical for NYC. If you’re expecting a bigger room you should also expect that you’re paying much more.

Very clean. Staff professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but that’s to be expected in New York. The one thing I thought needed a bit of attention were the amenities. No tissues in the room, for example. For the cost you’d think tissues wouldn’t be that big of a deal to provide.

Amanda at the concierge desk is a wonderful person. She along with the rest of the staff are accommodating, welcoming, and kind people. The hotel is clean, parking is convenient across the street, located just a short walk to Times Square, lots of eateries and Bryant Park is just around the corner for a good cup of Joe in the park.
