The staff could not do enough for you... The rooms were spotless, very clean... Amenities.. The spa was OK, lights in changing room not working & no spa treatments were available... First evening meal took an hour for a soup starter to arrive! Once they realised they had messed up they were very good. £20 meal deal is excellent value. Breakfast eas very good. Room was spacious with access to verandah.

Staff lovely and helpful but No lifts , lifts broken , in 60’s and struggled to climb 48 stairs up and down 3.5 times . Didn’t go out of room due to this. Mattress needs replacing on 1 side of bed , could feel springs, ( 2 beds in 1 large bed ). Quilt cover not big enough, turned the other way but quilt cover didn’t fasten .
