It was great value. Clean and convenient. Food was delicious . People were friendly. A/C didn’t work well in one bedroom and we couldn’t get TV’s to connect to any streaming service and could not cast.

Overall amazing stay. My senior age parents went for first time to Cancun side. Resort is great :clean rooms, clean pool, caring and englisg speaking staff.
Great service and food choices was great. Not a hotel's fault, BUT beach waters was rough and impossible to swim.
Thank GOD hotel has a gread LIFEGURADS on dudy.
