"The hot tub was wonderful, but closes at 9:00 pm. The room was clean and neat, but we had not hair dryer. Once informed, staff replaced quickly, but the first replacement did not work. The second one did. My stay was for 4 nights. The first two were fine, but I had to have both room keys reset for night 3 and again for night 4. This is frustrating when I am traveling with my elderly mother, and she has to stand and wait by our door while I go back to the lobby to get them reset. She walks with a cane and standing is difficult."

"Although they are in the middle of renovating, they accommodated us all very well. We took our seven year old daughter and six of her friends to Birmingham Zoo for her birthday and stayed at this hotel for the weekend. The staff was very nice and responsive."

"I was supposed to check in at 4:00pm. I get a a call to check in my room until after 10:00pm. Once I was able to check in staff could not guarantee that my room would be clean. After checking in and inspecting that room was clean enough to staff the night, I was denied more towels as 4 people were in one room and we only had 3 towels. If at was to check out of a room 6 hours late I would be charged for any additional day. I feel my room should be comp and I should receive a free staff if I ever decided to return to this hotel, which is highly unlikely due to the service and my experience."

"Parking was easy and secure, elevator is small but adequate. Room was spacious. My only complaint would be the mattress on the bed. "
