"Our room was being remodeled. Property was in ok conditions. Mattress and overall beds need an improvement. Staff is exceptional, super friendly and professional."

"Our room was not cleaned. We told them and left to grt dinner. Came back to the room slightly more clean but that is a stretch. "

"Although they are in the middle of renovating, they accommodated us all very well. We took our seven year old daughter and six of her friends to Birmingham Zoo for her birthday and stayed at this hotel for the weekend. The staff was very nice and responsive."

"I was supposed to check in at 4:00pm. I get a a call to check in my room until after 10:00pm. Once I was able to check in staff could not guarantee that my room would be clean. After checking in and inspecting that room was clean enough to staff the night, I was denied more towels as 4 people were in one room and we only had 3 towels. If at was to check out of a room 6 hours late I would be charged for any additional day. I feel my room should be comp and I should receive a free staff if I ever decided to return to this hotel, which is highly unlikely due to the service and my experience."

"After a 5 hour drive I arrived and room wasn’t ready at 3pm. Front desk staff informed me it would be a few more minutes, that quickly turned into about another 2 hours. Room was very spacious and comfy but could’ve been cleaner."

"Parking was easy and secure, elevator is small but adequate. Room was spacious. My only complaint would be the mattress on the bed. "
