"The hotel is conveniently located near several reputable shops and restaurants. However, the hotel is extremely outdated and overpriced. There is a terrible stench in the hallway carpet on the right side of the first floor. While the room I stayed in general use items such as the bed, tub and sink were clean, the base boards of the room I stayed in was visibly dirty and peeling. Nevertheless, the staff members were friendly and helpful. "

"good breakfast. remodeling pool area and lobby . should have known of remodeling before booking the room."

"The staff was great about getting into our room earlier than check in. We had to put a $100 deposit down for incidental damage and when we got into the room - it was trashed. The couch cushions looked like they were wrapped in duct tape, the entertainment center had dings all over it. The chairs were stained. The room was clean, but they need to put money into the quality of the room. "

"Room: The tile floor was slick like the mop was used in the kitchen by the fryer. "

"Room was clean but the bed was terrible and the bed pillows were terrible as well. Get better mattresses and better pillows!!"

"The customer service was very good. Although we had separate rooms, my family was able to be on the same floor and hall in close proximity to each other. However, I was not excited about my room. We had a hard time closing the door until we were able to figure out how to keep it closed. The bed linen had stains on it, fortunately I brought my own blankets. I was really disappointed with the continental breakfast and the very few options that were available."
