"The room was dirty and needed vacuuming and mopping. If charging $40 for a pet fee, at least clean properly after the guests that pay this fee with a touch of air freshener at a minimum. The room smelled terrible. There were stains on the bed spreads and sheets, and almost ever single bathroom linen. The shower made an awful high pitched noise during the whole shower, and the smoke detector was dangling from the ceiling. The mattresses were stained as well. The breakfast was basically non-existent. The pancake maker had no batter, there were only two tiny old muffins in the entire bread and pasty cabinet, there were silver dollar sized biscuits, but the knives couldn’t even cut them. Cereal was the only option, and there was no milk. I was unable to feed my family, and this was part of our reasoning for selecting this hotel. It doesn’t take much to make small improvements to the property to make your guests comfortable, especially for cost of the rooms. I will not be staying here again. The pictures used on the website are very deceiving, however, the photographer they used to take the pictures was amazing. They did an excellent job of masking a poorly maintained property! "

"The construction project in process made things complicated. Most importantly, there was no public bathroom. Tough to come in after a long drive and not be able to go to the restroom. Some areas were a bit dirty, but that was probably due to the construction. "

"It was good the WiFi was horrible and the tub and sink was stopped up but other than that the stay was good"

"Room was not clean upon checking in. There was hair in the shower and on the sheets. Tv remote didn’t work, had to plug in the microwave. The highlight of staying at this hotel was leaving."

"We enjoyed our stay. It was a clean house. However, here are some improvements that would be good: 1. replace bed in master-it is squeaky when you turn over while sleeping. Replacing it with a King would be great.2. The sheets in the 2nd room are scratchy-replace them with same brand that's in the master.3. Kitchen-needs some help. The inside of cabinets need to be cleaned and old shelf liner removed as it is dirty.4. Something not in your control, the water pressure was weak in the showers."

"We were greeted promptly with kindness. Everyone there was phenomenal! 10/10 recommend the in-house restaurant as well! Mixed drink, steak, and service were top notch!"

"The pool was extremely dirty and heavily chlorinated; my family and I couldn't stay in the water for even 20 minutes because of the excessive chlorine. Aside from that, the hotel is very good, and the guy at the front desk was very friendly and attentive."

"Front desk staff was wonderful per usual. I had some issues with getting my air turned on and had to call down to the front desk to get help and help was sit in less than 10 min!! I will always choose to stay there!"
