The hotel & room is clean with safety box, kettle, tea/coffee box , 2 bottles water in fridge. The distance is around 3 minutes from train station, with all shops restaurants around，very convenient. The buffet is impressive, with american standards, servers wearing butlers uniforms, with variety foods, scrambled eggs and bacon, fresh fruits, yogurt, the best of my trip. The towels quality is much better than european hotels provided． i told manager The internet was unstable after 2 am in the morning before i left, he immediately checked with internet provider, very responsive in doing that. The price is good. i would recommend this hotel．

Got you — here’s a clean, natural guest-style review you can post: ⸻ I had a great stay at the Palm Boutique Hotel in Nice. The location was perfect and made it really easy to get around. The concierge was super friendly and helpful the whole time, which made the trip even better. Overall, just a really comfortable place to stay and an ideal spot for a weekend in Nice.
