Kirkwood Inn is family-owned, historic, impeccably clean, with well furnished rooms and a fantastic breakfast buffet. Sandy and her staff are first-rate. No other place to stay in this area will equal the Kirkwood Inn. And the price is right.

This is a quaint little hotel, very clean and comfortable. The town of Lebanon is very close and we ate dinner and shopped there. The breakfast in the Kirkwood House was phenomenal! I can't recommend this place that is off the beaten path enough. We will visit again when the garden is in bloom for sure!

Loved this historic gem!
This is a lovely historic place to stay. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy. The breakfast at The Kirkwood House (built in 1799) was excellent. We felt almost like we were at a bed and breakfast. We want to return this summer when the pool is open and the garden and outdoor areas are lush. Highly recommend!

This property was perfect. Very close to kings island. Very clean. The rooms were basic but had everything you needed. The owner was very nice and sweet and made us feel welcomed.

Stayed here for two nights while attending the Cinci Tennis Open. The hotel is nice and close to the facility. Would have liked to have used the pool area but not much free time. No pools towels were available so bring some. The pool and area was very clean. There is currently construction out front but hotel easy to access. The breakfast is very good with many options and a beautiful space to eat.

Such a great little property. Would highly recommended, we did not get to take advantage of their breakfast due to our schedule but the spread of goodies sounded delicious and everything else was superb!

This is a lovely older hotel that needs TLC. Due to staff shortage rooms were not serviced daily. Breakfast was good and the garden was nice.
