"Very frustrating! After I reserved through Hotels.com the communication started coming about all of the things they needed, forms filled out, copy of license, a selfie! Lots of add ons, too-if you want early check in, pay $up front in case some little thing goes wrong (or a large deposit). No check in instructions until right before check in when we were given codes and a map, but our room number was not on the map. Spent 45 minutes wondering around looking for the unit. All for a 15 hour stay....

"The property itself was perfectly nice. The location was good. It was very clean. However, none of the advertised amenities were available. And the host moved me from my originally booked unit to a different unit promising it would be the same as originally booked, but it was not. Would never book through Cozy suites again"
