"The staff (all of them) are exceptional. They are polite, very efficient and extremely friendly. The hotel is very clean, and our room was lovely. This hotel is very close to Watford Junction and The Harry Potter Studios Tour shuttle bus. I’d say between a two to five minute walk. There is a fabulous shopping mall in the town centre, due to the weather we got a taxi both ways and it was only £5-£6 each way depending on the traffic. It’s easily walkable though. We dined in the restaurant in the evening and the food was piping hot and very tasty.
I recommend this hotel very highly. Thank you for a perfect stay. "

I recently stayed at the Leonardo Hotel in Watford and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome.
A special shoutout to Allen at reception, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and made check-in seamless. He answered all my questions with a smile and ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
At the bar, Belle and Ashwin were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, attentive, and made the bar feel like a relaxed, welcoming place to unwind after a long day. Their service was top-notch, and their warm personalities really stood out.
Overall, a great stay made even better by the amazing team. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Watford!

"Ideal location for travelling in to Wembley. 10 mins from Watford junction by car. Ample parking space, food options on site but also good value for money carvery less than 5 mins away. Check in/out hassle free , staff warm and friendly. Room clean and well looked after. Paid in advance for breakfast which was well worth it. Plenty of options th choose from. All in all a comfortable and pretty seamless experience. Only downside was my team lost at Wembley. "

"I’m generally never give bad reviews and could have overlooked that this place was not clean, rotten food in the fridge, broken curtains on the floor, terrible communication with the owner while trying to find our way to the door (FYI, second floor), Then I had to ask for the key code. What put me over the edge giving such a negative review is the fact I had to climb out of a window because we were trapped in the house as the front door would not open from the inside. We only need to stay here for six hours prior to going to Heathrow and heading home, I wish we would’ve slept in the car "
