The property is very modern and well presented. It was spotlessly clean on our arrival.
The position of the property was perfect, overlooking the lake at the back and overlooking the park/tennis courts from the kitchen window which was a bonus for allowed the children to play outside not far from home.
The hot tub was lovely even in the rain.

The property exceeded our expectations - spacious, bright, clean and very comfortable for our party of 8 - with lovely views.
The Lower Mill estae was a great place to stay with a perfect balance of activities and space for rest/relaxation

Excellent accomodation
We visited for a family birthday. There were 5 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room. Everything was great. The location on site was perfect, the layout was great. Lots of little extras such as tennis equipment were a nice touch. Hot tub was great too, was checked daily while we were there. Would definitely recommend

Lovely location, lovely house.
We very much enjoyed our stay as a group in Clearwater 74. The hot tub was lovely and even in October it was nice enough to spend the evening in outside.
The accommodation was clean and comfortable with lots of different areas to hang out in. Customer service prior to arrival were very helpful.
The property was lovely, very clean, well-equipped and in a very good location. It was quiet and peaceful, but close to the estate facilities including the excellent pool complex and the bar/restaurant. Catherine, the owner, was very helpful and went beyond our expectations to resolve the one issue that we had while we were there. The estate managers, Orion, were less helpful with a few queries we had before we went. The estate is well-provided with things to do and well-situated for other activities in the Cotswold Lakes and to visit Cirencester.
