Lots to do in the surrounding area, with a lot of rentable equipment that can be used on the lake. The cottage is incredibly clean and comfortable. Kitchen is remarkably well stocked. Will definetly be back in the future.

Relaxing short break
Small house ideal for a group of 4, we had good weather so could spread out to the deck. There is a shared jetty with the property that made using our own paddle boards much easier. Very quite and relaxing.

Cozy lakeside cottage
We had a great time using the kayaks on the lakes and the shared jetty made storing the boats a lot easier. The veranada has lovely views over the lake. Lots of foopaths in the surrounding area made for some nice walks. The kitchen is well stocked with all kinds of equipment you might need.
A couple people were suprised at how fast the wifi was. Everyone had a lovely weekend.

A character cottage in the perfect lakeside location.
Our stay at Mill Village 75 was nothing short of perfect. Nestled on the largest lake within the Lower Mill Estate, this charming cottage offered the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday. The location couldn't have been better—our teenagers had a fantastic time with easy access to the lake for water sports, which kept them entertained throughout our stay.
The cottage itself was impressively well-equipped, stocked with everything we could possibly need. It was also immaculately clean and ready ahead of schedule, which was a nice bonus. The space was just right for our family of four, offering ample room without feeling too large. Overall, Mill Village 75 provided a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect lakeside getaway.

New Year Break
We were a family of 5 adults staying over the New Year. The house was in a lovely location on a large lake that I can imagine in summer is amazing - the weather wasn't too kind to us!!! We had everything we could possible need but would say the seating is the lounge area is definitely only comfy for 4 adults. We realised this when booking and took a fold away camping chair for the fifth person. The kitchen was probably the best equipped self catering accommodation I have ever stayed in and as we cooked most nights this was great. We used the heated pool and enjoyed a walk around when the weather allowed. It was very well placed to visit local towns and villages.
Would definitely like to stay again over the summer.
Our Accomodation met all our needs. The kitchen was a little small but adequate. We loved being able to paddle board from the rear of our Accomodation. We did get stuck in the reeds though. Perhaps they need a little trim. The outdoor pool was heated so the kids were happy to splash around before dinner. We didn’t use the Spa. We did a couple of walks around the village and a little bit of nature spotting. I think it would be a good idea to create a larger adventure play area for the 10+ children with perhaps some zip wires etc. our Grandchildren finished school a week earlier than most so we had a relatively quiet week although we found the restaurant booked up on two occasions. We found the Greyhound pub which did amazing meals. I thing more eating places within the Village would also be an idea, especially as further development seems to be happening. We visited Cirencester but overall there was enough to keep us occupied in the village. We brought our own paddle boards, dingy and equipment so there was no need to hire anything. By 9.00 pm the kids were exhausted and in bed every night which left the evening for us to relax.

Easter break
We arrived later at night and even in the dark first impressions driving into the estate were good. Each cottage has an allocated parking space with overflow parking nearby if required. We managed just in time to grab a few on site takeaway pizzas before last orders which must have been around 8pm that evening.
Accommodation was clean and cosy, with doors opening from the living room onto a veranda/balcony overlooking the lake, really lovely. We took our Apple TV so we could watch the odd movie at night.
The outdoor heated pool was great, even in the rain one afternoon! There is an on site spa which we heard was good. Our booking didn’t include access to this but we were out and about so much that it wasn’t an issue. Lots of paddle boarding etc available on site and at nearby lakes.
The food in the restaurant was great, we ate in there a couple of times and had a few drinks at the bar on occasion.
Lots to see in the Cotswolds area, highlights for us were Bath, Castle Combe and Oxford (Peartree park and ride was great for a visit to Oxford).
We stayed as a family of 4 with the kids (14 & 11) and dog. The kids were delighted they could have their own bedrooms! One thing I would say is that I would have preferred an additional shower in the property, the only one is located downstairs. There are 2 baths with handheld attachments, one in the en suite and the other in the upstairs bathroom, but for speed in the mornings a shower above the en suite bath would have been great.
Orion left a comprehensive folder and have a dedicated phone line, also no issues with returning my deposit. Overall an ideal family staycation!
